SEMA Show Workspace Guide: Where Exhibitors Get Real Work Done in Las Vegas

The SEMA Show is the largest automotive aftermarket trade show in the world. Every November, over 160,000 manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and media professionals descend on the Las Vegas Convention Center for a week of product launches, buyer meetings, and deal-making that defines the industry's coming year.

The show floor is for demos and handshakes. The real work — supplier negotiations, contract reviews, distributor calls, and follow-up orders — happens off the floor. And the typical options during SEMA week are bad: hotel lobbies packed with attendees, business centers with outdated equipment, and convention-center "work lounges" where you can't hear your own phone ring.

Muze Office is 15 minutes south of the LVCC at 6860 Bermuda Rd, Suite 200. Real desks, private meeting rooms, fast WiFi, and free parking.

Why SEMA exhibitors and vendors need off-site workspace

SEMA is an order-writing show. The conversations that start at the booth get closed in a conference room. Specifically:

  • Supplier negotiations require private space with a door that closes — not a booth where the competitor across the aisle can hear your volume pricing
  • Contract and order reviews need a quiet desk, a printer, and enough time to read the fine print without someone interrupting to scan your badge
  • Distributor and rep calls happen between floor shifts — your hotel room has bad acoustics and your booth has 80 dB of background noise
  • Team daily standups for the exhibiting crew need a space where 4-6 people can debrief the day's leads without shouting

What Muze Office offers during SEMA week

Day Pass — $25. A real desk with fast WiFi, coffee, free parking, and phone booths for private calls. No membership required.

Meeting Rooms — from $25/hr. Huddle Room (2-4 people, $25/hr) for quick vendor syncs. Conference Room (6-8 people, $50/hr) for supplier negotiations and team debriefs. Boardroom (10-14 people, $75/hr) for executive sessions. All include AV, video conferencing, and whiteboards.

Weekly Pass. SEMA runs Tuesday through Friday, but most exhibitors are in town Monday through Saturday for setup and teardown. Ask about our weekly pass for the full SEMA stretch.

Getting to Muze Office from the LVCC

Muze Office is about 15 minutes from the Las Vegas Convention Center via I-15 S to I-215 W, exit at Bermuda Rd.

  • Driving: 15 minutes in normal traffic. SEMA traffic around the LVCC can add 10 minutes — leave via the south exits toward I-15 to avoid the worst of it.
  • Parking: Free at Muze Office. LVCC parking fills early during SEMA; most attendees pay $20-40 for convention parking plus $35-60 at their Strip hotel. At Muze, it's always free.
  • Rideshare: $15-25 from the LVCC depending on surge.

How to book your SEMA workspace

SEMA is every November. Reserve meeting rooms in advance during show week — day passes are usually available for walk-ins.

Whether you're writing orders on the show floor or negotiating supplier terms after hours, having a professional workspace 15 minutes away keeps SEMA week productive.
